The biggest difference between hybrid optics and conventional light deflection methods, in which some of the light leaves the luminaire without being deflected:
BEGA Hybrid Optics ® captures almost every beam of light, resulting in a brilliant light distribution of reflected light through the reflectors and directed light through the silicone lenses.
The coordinated effect of refraction and reflection of light enables efficient highlighting of architecture or illumination of rooms.
In order to offer precisely adapted illumination solutions for as many applications as possible, the newly developed optical system is available in a wide range of luminaires.
Luminaires in different sizes and outputs provide lighting designers with even more flexibility in terms of targeted project implementation. Excellent lighting results are achieved in conjunction with the respective light distributions required for luminaires with BEGA Hybrid Optics ®.
Another decisive advantage of BEGA luminaires is their durability: We rely exclusively on durable materials that are subject to almost no wearfor all our optical systems. Silicone-based lenses have significant advantages over synthetic carbon-based lenses, which are not reliably resistant to aging.
