As a manufacturer of articles, BEGA Gantenbrink-Leuchten KG is a “downstream user” within the meaning of the REACH Regulation (EC) 1907/2006. As we are classified as a “downstream user”, in principle we are not subject to any registration obligation under REACH.
BEGA products are also not subject to registration as articles within the meaning of the REACH Regulation.
In terms of ensuring a very high level of product safety and as part of our fundamental corporate responsibility, we follow the implementation of the REACH Regulation and the resulting requirements with the utmost attention. Within the scope of our certifications in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, DIN ISO 45001 and DIN EN ISO 50001, we are in close contact with our suppliers.
To our current knowledge, only REACH-compliant substances are used in BEGA products.
