Pole-top luminaires

Optionally with Zhaga interfaces · Symmetrical or asymmetrical flat beam light distribution

These new pole-top luminaires are extremely versatile with their variety of outputs and light distributions. They are suitable for many different areas such as plazas, streets, paths, parks or pedestrian areas. These shielded luminaires direct their light onto the surface to be illuminated in a highly efficiently manner and avoid lighting up the night sky. Less than 1% of the luminaire luminous flux is emitted into the upper half-space of the luminaires. The luminaires are optionally available with Zhaga interface.

We supply these luminaires optionally with BEGA BugSaver® technology for controlling the colour temperature between 3000 Kelvin and an amber shade with a greatly reduced blue light component (similar to 1800 Kelvin) - for use in near-natural environments for additional environmental protection.

Eco-friendly illumination:BEGA BugSaver ®

These luminaires are also available with BEGA BugSaver ® technology. They allow a switchover of the colour temperature from 3000 Kelvin to the light colour Amber (similar to 1800 Kelvin). Reducing the blue light component significantly decreases the attraction of light to nocturnal animals and specifically insects. Detailed information about BEGA BugSaver ®
