The 16.8-million-dollar project for a library in the Centennial Hills Park in Las Vegas appeals to people of all ages. The various media in the library are presented in a modern atmosphere. A bookshop with a café is another source of visitors to the library. The concept of a feel-good oasis in the desert of Nevada, clearly geared towards environmentally friendly design, was awarded the Gold Certificate in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
